First Nations Book Bingo
First Nations Book Bingo is a fun and flexible activity designed to encourage readers of all ages to discover books by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander authors and illustrators.
The idea is simple: find a First Nations book that matches each prompt on the bingo board, read it, and mark off the square. Readers can aim to complete a row, a column, or the entire board.
This resource can be used in classrooms, libraries, homes and homeschool learning spaces. Display it as a shared poster and complete it together, or print individual copies for students, children or readers to work through at their own pace.
Whether used as a reading challenge, library display, storytime guide or book discussion prompt, First Nations Book Bingo helps make exploring First Nations books purposeful, flexible and enjoyable.
